She holds a BA Dip Ed, TC, Grad Dip Ed Sp Ed, M Sp Ed and has taught children with severe needs as well as those who are deemed gifted, and taught children from 3 year olds to 33 year olds (in a half-way house). She has had 15 years of respite care for children with various disabilities and is currently co-ordinating support at a small school in the Hawkesbury area.
Sue has 3 children aged 17 to 24 and an ex-foster child aged 20 still living at home. She juggles being a mother, teacher, and facilitator of the Resilience Doughnut.
