Sarah currently works as a school counsellor at St Luke’s Grammar School in Dee Why. Using optimistic and solution focused approaches, she enjoys working with children to address difficult life issues, helping them to employ their own strengths and problem solving capabilities. Sarah also engages with parents and teachers to nurture and encourage the best in each young person she works with.
She has broad experience in counselling and trauma intervention, and has worked for both public and private sector organisations in a range of domestic and international contexts, including outback Australia and also countries of the former Yugoslavia. Sarah is married with four children, and lives in Mona Vale on Sydney’s northern beaches.
